    1例脑膜胶原纤维瘤CT及MRI临床诊断案例分析

    Analysis of Clinical Diagnosis in One Case of Meningeal Collagenous Fibroma with CT and MRI

    • 摘要: 胶原纤维瘤,是一种良性纤维性软组织肿瘤,多发生于皮下组织或骨骼肌内,生长缓慢。起源于脑膜的胶原纤维瘤极为罕见。本病例报告描述了一位36岁女性脑膜胶原纤维瘤患者的情况。头颅CT平扫病灶呈等密度,增强扫描无强化。磁共振成像病变T1加权像和T2加权像呈等信号,弥散加权成像(DWI)呈低信号;增强扫描,病灶边缘环形强化,可见硬膜尾征。组织学检查提示该病变为胶原纤维瘤。

       

      Abstract: Collagenous fibroma is a benign fibrous soft-tissue tumor that occurs predominantly in subcutaneous tissue or skeletal muscle and exhibits slow growth. Collagenous fibroma originating from the meninges is extremely rare. This case report describes the presentation of a 36-year-old female patient with meningeal collagenous fibroma. Non-contrast cranial CT revealed an isodense lesion, with no enhancement on contrast-enhanced scanning. MRI showed that the lesion demonstrated isointensity on both T1- and T2-weighted imaging (T1WI and T2WI, respectively), it manifested as hypointensity on diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI). In contrast-enhanced scanning, the lesion presented marked ring enhancement at the margin, and a dural tail sign was visible. Histopathological examination confirmed the lesion as collagenous fibroma.
