Abstract:
The group standard Clinical Operation and Quality Control Specification for Energy Imaging Technology of Dual-Layer Detector CT (T/CMEAS 060—2025), released by the China Association of Pharmaceutical Education, fills the standard gap in this field. To facilitate rapid application by frontline clinical radiological technologists, the drafting framework is strictly aligned with the clinical workflow. This paper systematically interprets its background, core contents, and clinical and scientific values: it establishes a closed loop of “scanning-processing-quality control”, standardizes scanning parameters, establishes graded recommendations (shall/should/may) for energy image processing across specific diseases and anatomical sites, and sets strict quality control requirements for viewing layout, ROI placement, and SBI storage and transmission. The standard significantly promotes clinical examination homogenization and provides high-quality data foundations for radiomics and artificial intelligence research.
