Abstract:
Dynamic digital radiography (DDR) technology faces challenges in clinical practice, including inconsistent operating procedures, lack of standardized post-processing, and absence of established quality control standards, which hinder the full realization of its advantages in functional assessment, and its safe and effective promotion. Focusing on the requirement for standardization in clinical operation of DDR technology, this study provides a systematic interpretation of the group standard, T/CMEAS 042—2025 Clinical Operation and Quality Control Specification for Dynamic Digital Radiography Technology. Based on current industry standards, such as WS/T 389 and GBZ 130, this specification covers, in its core, applicable scope, examination procedures, dynamic image processing, quality control, and radiological protection. Workflows are specified for breathing training and movement training, the parameters for pulsed/continuous exposure, the technical requirements for nine advanced image processing functions, and quality control indicators for chest and musculoskeletal dynamic imaging. The promotion and implementation of this specification can provide unified operational guidance and quality control benchmarks for medical institutions at all levels in which DDR examinations are performed, it can assist in improving the clinical safety and diagnostic consistency of this technology, and it will have significant importance for promoting the standardized development of functional X-ray imaging technology.
