Super-Resolution Reconstruction for X-Ray of Turbine Blade

摘要: 针对涡轮叶片X光无损检测系统精度低的缺点,提出一种X光DR数字图像的分辨率增强方法。该方法采用一组包含相对位移的叶片X光图像,通过一种频率域方法对它们进行亚像素精确配准,然后采用非均匀插值重建出一幅高分辨率图像。实验结果表明该方法具有提高涡轮叶片X光数字图像分辨率的能力,具有良好的应用价值。Abstract: Based on non-destructive testing system for turbine blade,propose a resolution enhancement approach for X-ray DR digital image.In detail,firstly,we present a frequency domain technique to precisely register a set of digital X-ray image of turbine blade,which are translated,rotated against each other within at least the subpixel dimension,then a high-resolution image is reconstructed by using nonuniform interpolation.We demonstrate the ability of the approach to improve resolution of X-ray image of turbine blade,and the resulting high-resolution image show good visual results;it also contains more detail that can be exploited for zooming in non-destructive inspection.
