Clinical Value of Gemstone Spectral CT in the Diagnosis of Regional Lymph Node Metastasis of Early-stage Cervical Carcinoma

摘要

摘要: 目的：探讨能谱CT在早期宫颈癌区域淋巴结定性诊断的临床价值。方法：回顾性分析2017年1月~2018年4月我院收治14例经手术证实的早期宫颈癌（临床分期为ⅠB和ⅡA期）患者的能谱CT资料，将能谱CT结果与术后病理结果对比。结果：经能谱CT诊断，14例患者共检出区域淋巴结58个，诊断淋巴结转移9个；经手术切除区域淋巴结共62个，其中淋巴结转移11个。对比能谱CT诊断结果与手术病理结果。能谱CT诊断的灵敏度为72.7%，特异度为94.1%，准确率为90.3%。结论：能谱CT对早期宫颈癌区域淋巴结定性诊断具有明显临床应用价值，显著提高术前区域淋巴结评估的准确度。

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the clinical value of gemstone spectral CT in the diagnosis of regional lymph node metastasis of early-stage cervical carcinoma. Methods: A total of 14 patients with early-stage cervical carcinoma were enrolled in this study. Both preoperative evaluation of gemstone spectral CT and clinical pathologic were performed in all the patients. The accurate rate of diagnostic by gemstone spectral CT was statistically analyzed. Results: The sensitivity of gemstone spectral CT in the diagnosis of lymph node metastasis of was 72.7%, the specificity was 94.1%, and the diagnostic accurate rate was 90.3%. Conclusion: The gemstone spectral CT had high diagnostic rate of lymph node metastasis in early-stage cervical carcinoma. It can help to completely understand the situation of early stage cervical cancer regional lymph node.
