晶体定向仪控制平台和数据采集系统设计

Designation & Adjustment of the Control Plat and Data Collection System of Crystal Orientation Instrument

  • 摘要: 根据晶体定向仪使用X射线探测晶体晶向和晶向夹角的需求,利用LabVIEW调用动态函数库dll文件的方式对晶体定向仪控制平台进行设计。该平台的主要控制设备为以运动控制卡驱动的五维运动样品平台以及用于采集X射线光的Laue双目探测器,最终实现控制探测器采集从单晶样品不同位置的背反射X射线光并完成相应的衍射斑点图像数据输出,同时满足面向用户对样品平台及探测器的控制实现可视化操作界面的开发要求。设计的控制平台运行稳定,并在晶体定向仪平台上完成了软件的可行性和合理性验证,在单晶叶片的测量上发挥了重要作用。

     

    Abstract: For the requirement of the crystal orientation instrument to detect the orientation and the angle between two orientations with X-rays, a designation of control plat is constructed by calling the Dynamic Linking Library (DLL) with lab VIEW. The main job of the plat is to control the two-eyes detector used to collect X-rays, and to control the move controller which drive the sample to move in five dimensions, so that, the data of the X-rays diffracted from different surface of the sample and collected by the detector is created and transferred to PC. And in the same time, the need of visualization of plat and detector control interface is satisfied. The control plat is verified and steadily run during the original data collection of the crystal, which proved to be very useful and convenient.
