摘要: 2019年新型冠状病毒肺炎（COVID-19）是短时间内在全球各大洲爆发的一种急性呼吸道传染病。对COVID-19临床及影像的认识是对该传染性疾病有效防控及诊治的关键，胸部CT检查作为COVID-19重要的辅助检查手段在疫情中发挥关键作用。本文根据中国境内核酸及临床诊断的新冠肺炎患者的相关研究，总结其临床与CT表现。

Abstract: Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) is an acute respiratory infectious disease that has erupted on all continents around the world. Knowledge of the clinical and imaging aspects of COVID-19 is the key to effective prevention, control, diagnosis and treatment of this infectious disease. Chest CT examination, as an important auxiliary inspection method for COVID-19, plays a key role in the epidemic. This article summarizes the clinical and CT manifestations of COVID-19 based on related research on nucleic acid and clinical diagnosis of COVID-19 patients in China.
