能谱CT在肝脏富血供病变中的应用和研究进展

Application and Research Progress of Spectral CT in Hypervascular Hepatic Lesions

  • 摘要: 肝脏病变是临床工作中的一类常见疾病,早期发现和准确诊断对于临床治疗决策和改善患者预后十分重要,能谱CT作为一种新成像技术,能够提供单能量成像及多种能谱参数对肝脏病变进行定量及定性评估,尤其对突出显示肝脏病变的血供特点有独特的优势,有助于病灶的早期检出、鉴别诊断和预后评估。本文针对能谱CT在肝脏常见富血供病变中的应用和研究进展进行综述。

     

    Abstract: Liver lesions are a common disease in our clinical work. Early intervention and accurate diagnosis are very important for treatment selection and improving the survival of patients. Spectrum CT, as new imaging technology, can provide single-energy imaging and multiple energy spectrum parameters for quantitative and qualitative evaluation of liver diseases, especially for highlighting the blood supply characteristics of liver diseases, which are contributed to the early detection, diagnosis and postoperative evaluation. This article reviews the application and research progress of spectral CT in those hypervascular liver lesions.
