食管癌CT影像组学研究进展

Research Progress on CT Radiomics of Esophageal Cancer

  • 摘要: 食管癌是全球最常见的癌症之一,具有较高的死亡率。CT影像组学是从CT图像中提取大量影像组学特征,进行高通量定量分析,从而获得更多有关肿瘤异质性的信息。近年来已逐步应用于食管癌临床分期、病理分化的预测,治疗疗效评估及预后评价等方面。本文围绕CT影像组学在食管癌中的应用及进展进行综述。

     

    Abstract: Esophageal cancer which results in a relatively higher death rate is one of the most common cancers throughout the world. CT radiomics is a study to extract radiomics characteristics which are generalized from a large amount of CT images. These characteristics then underwent high-throughput quantitative analysis so that more heterogeneity information of the caner can be obtained. CT radiomics has been gradually used in forecast clinical stages and pathological differentiation of esophageal cancer in recent years, and applied in assessment of treatment effect and prognosis evaluation as well. This paper focuses on the application of CT radiomics in esophageal cancer and its progress.
