Study on the Establishment of Dental Models Based on Three-Dimensional CT and MEM Technology

  • 摘要: 为了获得ABS材料的牙颌实体模型,首先通过三维CT扫描获得样本个体的牙颌数据,再通过Mimics软件进行数据的处理与转换,得到能直接用于快速成型的STL格式的数据模型,最后用熔融挤压快速成型MEM系统成型实体。实践表明:这种方法能获得牙颌的三维数据,并能加工出较满意的牙颌实体模型。

     

    Abstract: In order to obtain the edentulous entity model from material ABS, edentulous data of individual samples are obtained by three-dimensional CT scanning, then the data are processed and conversed by means of the Mimics software to get data model of STL format, which can be directly used for the rapid prototyping. Finally, a physical model of the rapid forming MEM system is carried out by melted extrusion modeling. It turns out that the acquisition for 3D data of edentulous individual samples can be accomplished by this method to produce a satisfactory ABS material model for individual dental.
