摘要:
目的 探讨腰骶管内囊肿的临床表现、CT和MRI诊断及鉴别诊断,以提高对本病的认识。 方法 回顾性分析19例经手术病理证实的腰骶管内囊肿的影像学特征,并评价CT、MRI对该病的诊断价值,MRI检查19例,CT检查11例。 结果 在19例腰骶管内囊肿中,肠源性囊肿2例,脊膜囊肿17例;2例多发,其余均为单发;有11例行CT检查,检出囊肿7例;19例全行MRI检查,均查出囊肿。 结论 MRI是椎管内囊肿的最佳检查方法,MRI可对其作出正确诊断,并指导手术治疗。CT对该病具有一定的诊断价值。
Abstract:
Objective: To study the clinical manifestations,CT and MRI diagnosis and differential diagnosis of cysts in lumbosacral canal,to make a further understanding of the disease. Methods: Imaging features in 19 patients with pathologically proved cyst lumbosacral canal,were retrospectively analyzed.MRI was performed in all 19 cases,of which additional CT scan was carried out in 11 cases. Results: The enteric cysts in 2 cases,spinal meningeal cysts in 17 cases;2 cases are multiple,17 cases are single,there are 7 cases were discovered by CT scanning in 11 cases,all were discovered by MRI. Conclusion: MRI was the best examining method for diagnosis of spinal meningeal cyst.Thus,MRI was helpful for its diagnosis and management.CT scanning had certain diagnostic value.
