摘要: 目的探讨螺旋CT-3D和MPR对胸腔入口区良性病变的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析经病理或DSA或临床观察证实的51例胸腔入口区良性病变的CT资料。结果 51例胸腔入口区良性病变包括气管源性病变8例;肺尖疝3例,肺尖肺大泡2例;甲状腺良性肿块21例;食道憩室3例;淋巴结结核5例;血管性病变9例及神经鞘瘤1例。结论螺旋CT-3D和MPR对胸腔入口区良性病变的诊断和鉴别诊断是轴位扫描重要的补充手段。

Abstract: Objective To evaluate diagnostic values of spiral CT-3D and MPR in the benign lesions of the thoracic inlet. Materials and methods: Retrospectively analysis CT findings of 51 cases benign lesions proved pathologically or DSA or clinic at the thoracic inlet. Results: 51 cases benign lesions at the thoracic inlet Include the trachea source lesion 8 cases,and apical lung hernia 3 cases and apical paraseptal blebs 2 cases and benign masses of thyroid 21 cases and esophagus diverticula 3 cases and lymph nodes tuberculosis 5 cases and vascular lesions 9 cases and neurolemmoma 1 cases. conclusion: Spiral CT-3D and MPR is important supplement means in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of the benign lesions in the thoracic inlet.
