Application of 16-slice Spiral CT Angiography(CTA) with Tracking Technology of Contrast Medium in lower extremity

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨16排螺旋CT造影剂跟踪技术在下肢动脉CTA造影中的应用价值。方法 对53例采用跟踪技术组病例与46例未采用跟踪技术组病例的下肢动脉CTA图像效果进行对照分析。结果 采用跟踪技术的下肢动脉CTA的造影成功率及图像质量优于未采用跟踪技术组。结论 下肢动脉CTA常规采用智能跟踪技术可提高CT成像的成功率及图像质量,利于下肢动脉病变的诊断。

     

    Abstract: Objective To study the value of 16-slice Spiral CT Angiography with Tracking Technology of Contrast Medium in the lower extremity. Materials and Methods Fifty-three cases were examined with tracking technology of contrast medium in lower extremity CTA while forty-six cases were not examined with tracking technology. The images between tracking group and contrast group were analyzed retrospectively and comparatively. Result The rate of CTA success and the image quality of tracking group were significantly higher and better than those of contrast group. Conclusion The rate of CTA success and the image quality will enhance if tracking technology of contrast medium is used routinely in lower extremity CTA and tracking technology is also beneficial to the diagnosis of lower extremity diseases.
