Application of Muti-slice Spiral CT in the Breast Disease

摘要: 目的 探讨多层螺旋CT在乳腺疾病检查中的诊断价值。方法 对29例患者行乳腺CT扫描,采用经容积再现(volumerendering,VR)、表面遮盖显示(surfaceshadowdisplay,SSD)、多平面重建(Multiplanar,MPR)重建处理图像。结果 29例患者中乳腺癌12例,纤维瘤7例,均经病理证实,1例患者不能坚持俯卧而检查失败。结论 多层螺旋CT对乳腺疾病的诊断有重要的参考价值。Abstract: Object To study the value of Muti-slice Spiral CT in the Breast Disease. Methods 29 patients with breast disease performed CT scan. All performed Volume Rendering(VR)、 Surface Shadow Display(SSD)、Multiplanar(MPR)。 Results 12 cases breast cancer and 7 cases adenofibroma were among 29 patients,and they were proved by pathology.One case failed in CT scan because of not being able to keep pronation. Conclusion Muti-slice Spiral CT is of great value in the diagnosis of the breast disease.
