Analysis of 1-Case about Non-typical CT Show of Hematoma in Brain

摘要: <b<目的</b< 提高对不典型脑内血肿的认识。 <b<方法</b< 经手术病理证实的血管畸形并脑内血肿一例,详细分析其CT表现。 <b<结果</b< 右颞叶类圆形高密度肿块,周边有水肿带,均无强化。 <b<结论</b< 增强扫描无强化,且无外伤史的高密度肿块,多为血管畸形伴血肿。

Abstract: <b<Objective:</b< To improve the cognition of the atypical intracerebral hematoma. <b<Methods:</b< The CT features in a case of AVM combined with intracerebral hematoma proved by operation and pathologic examination were analyzed in details. <b<Results:</b< A analogous round mass with high density was surrounded with edema zone in the right temporal lobe. Both the mass and the edema zone were no enhancement. <b<Conclusion:</b< A high density mass without enhancement and the history of trauma was mostly AVM conbined with hematoma in the brain.
