摘要: <b<目的</b< 为了进一步认识海绵窦动静脉瘘的发生与发展,提高临床及CT诊断的准确率。 <b<方法</b< 眼眶水平位CT平扫加增强扫描。 <b<结果</b< 扩张变形的海绵窦与曲张的眼上静脉在同一层面清晰显示。此为海绵窦动静脉瘘的特征影像。 <b<结论</b< 海绵窦动静脉瘘的CT诊断,简便易行,经济实用,应为海绵窦动静脉瘘影像诊断的首选。

Abstract: <b<Objective</b< To evalute the clinical application of CT diagnosis of arteriovenous fistula in cavernous sinus. <b<Methods</b< CT scanning and enhanced CT scanning of the orbit. <b<Results</b< The enlarged cavernous sinus and the enlarged superior ophthalmic vein appear distinctly in the same plane,that is the characteristic appearance of arteriovenous fistula in cavernous sinus. <b<Conclusions</b< CT diagnosis of arteriovenous fistula in cavernous sinus is a simple and economic method. It should be the first choice in the radiological diagnosis of arteriovenous fistula in cavernous sinus.
