多层螺旋CT肝脏增强扫描技术的评价

Value of Enhanced Scanning Techniques with Multi-slice Helical CT for Liver

  • 摘要: <b<目的</b< 评价多层螺旋CT(MSCT)扫描技术在肝脏增强检查中的应用价值。 <b<材料与方法</b< 231例患者行肝脏增强扫描,对比剂的用量为1.2ml/kg,注射流率为2.5ml/s~3.0ml/s。 <b<结果</b< 肝脏占位性病变的228例中201例动脉期、门脉期影像显示良好,占88.2%,3例肝脏外伤性病变实质期图像显示良好。 <b<结论</b< 应用多层螺旋CT进行肝脏增强扫描,采用合适的扫描参数及造影技术能获得较为满意的扫描图像。

     

    Abstract: <b<Purpose:</b< To evaluate the value of enhanced scanning techniques with multislice helical CT for liver. <b<Material and Method:</b< 231 cases enhanced scanning of liver were performed and the injection volume of contrast agent is 1.2mL/kg with the rate of 2.5 ml/s~3.0mL/s. <b<Result:</b< 201(201/231) cases of liver neoplasms were displayed well during hepatic arterial phase and portal phase,3 cases of liver injury were observed in parenchymal phase. <b<Conclusion:</b< the satisfactory images can be obtained with the appropriate scanning parameters and scanning techniques.
