Magnetic Resonance Imanging Diagnosis of Limbs Lymphangioma

摘要: 目的:探讨下肢海绵状淋巴管瘤的MRI表现,提高对本病的MRI诊断与鉴别诊断水平。材料与方法:搜集经手术病理学证实的下肢海绵状淋巴管瘤10例,该10例病例均进行了MRI检查,2例进行了CT检查。分析其影像学表现,并与手术、病理结果对照。结果:下肢海绵状淋巴管典型的影像学表现为下肢软组织增生肿胀、呈网格样改变,并可见迂曲扩张的淋巴管影。病变累及范围常常比较广泛,并可累及临近肌肉及骨骼组织。结论:MRI检查对病变的诊断具有重要价值,有利于确定病变范围及有无肌肉、骨骼受累,对于制定手术方案有很大帮助。Abstract: Objective:To evaluate the MRI findings of cavernous lymphangioma in lower limbs,in order to improve the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of this disease.Materials and Methods:10 cases with histologically confirmed carvnous lymphangioma were collected and retrospectively studied.MR scan were performed in all cases,and CT scan in 2 cases.Results:The typical image shows the hyperplasia soft tissues of lower extremity as grids,with the impractical and broden lymphatic vessels.The extent of disease usually extensive,it can involve musculus and ossature.Conclusion:MR examination is very useful in diagnosing the carvous lymphangioma,It can help determining the extent of disease,and wether the musculus and ossature were involved or not.It was very useful to determine the opration.
