摘要: 目的是探讨小儿结核性脑膜炎的CT影像特点,提高诊断水平。方法为回顾分析30例小儿结核性脑膜炎的CT资料。结果得到临床上主要以发热,头痛,呕吐,抽搐等症状发病;脑CT示:基底池渗出物(18/30),脑实质结核瘤和粟粒性结节(8/30),脑积水(20/30),脑梗塞(2/30).结论认为结核性脑膜炎的CT特征表观可以为其诊断提供重要的依据,CT扫描还有助于判断结核性脑膜炎的病期,病变范围,部位和预后。

Abstract: Purpose To study the CT features of children's tuberculous meningitis. Methods The authors retrospectiely reviewed tile clinical manifestations and CT finding of 30 cases of children's tuberculous meningitis Results The main clinical signs were fever. headache. vomitting and seizure CT scans showed the types of lesion included exudation in basal cistern; tuberculoma and miliary nodules; hydrocephalus; infarction drain atrophy. Conclusion The authors concluded that CT features of children's tuberculous meningitis is helpful to diagnose this disease.
