男性无症状脑梗死与腹型肥胖及血生化指标间的相关性研究

Associated Study with Silent Brain Infarct,Abdominal Obesity and Blood Biochemical Parameters in Males

  • 摘要: 目的:探讨男性无症状脑梗死(SBI)与腹型肥胖及血生化指标间的相关性。方法:选取开滦集团高管健康查体男性职工645例,采用病例对照研究方法,以腰围≥90cm作为腹型肥胖诊断标准,将其分为腹型肥胖组474例和腰围正常组171例。依据头颅CT诊断为SBI170例,并测定血糖、血脂等血生化指标,收集临床资料。分析男性SBI与腹型肥胖者及血生化指标间的关系。结果:与非SBI组比较,SBI组年龄、高血压病史、糖尿病史、腹型肥胖例数、收缩压、腰围、血糖、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇均高于非SBI组;腹型肥胖组饮酒例数、高血压病史、SBI、体质量指数、血糖、甘油三酯高于腰围正常组(P<0.01,P<0.05),腹型肥胖组年龄、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇低于腰围正常组(P<0.01)。以SBI为因变量的多元逐步回归分析显示,依次筛选出腹型肥胖、收缩压(P<0.01,P<0.05)与其相关。结论:腹型肥胖、收缩压增高可能是SBI患者的独立危险因素。

     

    Abstract: Objective To investigate the association of silent brain infarct (SBI), abdominal obesity and blood biochemical parameters in males. Methods The routine health check-up data in 645 senior managers of Kailuan Corporation were collected and analyzed. Using case-control study, waist circumference 〉 90cm as diagnostic criteria for abdominal obesity, the health check-up data will be divided into abdominal obesity group (n = 474) and normal waist circumference group (n = 171). Based on head CT, SBI (n = 170) was diagnosed. And fasting blood samples were taken to measure their blood glucose, blood lipid and other biochemical parameters. Association of abdominal obesity, silent brain infarct and blood biochemical parameters in males were analyzed. Results Age, hypertension, diabetes, abdominal obesity, systolic blood pressure, waist circumference, blood glucose and LDL-C levers were higher in SBI group than those in control group (P < 0.01, P < 0.05); Hypertension, SBI, BMI, blood glucose, TG levers and the drinking rates were higher in abdominal obesity group than those in normal waist circumference group (P < 0.01, P <0.05). Moreover, age and HDL-C levers were lower in abdominal obesity group than in normal waist circumference group (P < 0.01). Multivariate stepwise regression analysis showed that abdominal obesity and systolic blood pressure were associated with SBI (P <0.01, P <0.05). Conclusion Abdominal obesity and systolic blood pressure may be independent risk factors for patients with SBI.
