  • The Earth's plasmashpere is an upper region of the ionosphere and belong to inner magnetosphere, it was overlapped with the earth radiation belt and the ring current. Geophysicists has taken a long time to observe the density distribution and modeling kinetic parameters of plasmashpere, however, there still has many precise structure unknown, such as plume, notches. Because of many computation and analysis are based on the mean data which from in situ observing or low-orbit satellite observing operations. After 2000 s, the remote sensing satellite or spacecraft at high orbit provided a practical way to observe the plasmashpeic global structure, and many new image reconstruction techniques is applied to extract local compositional information from line-of-sight observation.
