  • Objective: The review of the research progress of the methods in diagnosis of pulmonary embolism. Methods Using isotope, CT ventilation perfusion scanning quantitative and semi quantitative methods in diagnosis of pulmonary embolism were analyzed retrospectively. Results: The diagnosis of pulmonary embolism was complicated, so we choose suitable diagnostic methods according to the disease of the patients. Conclusion: Although the diagnosis of pulmonary embolism so lots of, but the diagnosis of each patient using way different, only combined with the characteristics of the patient's own, choose accurate diagnostic methods, we may provide the accurate diagnosis results for clinicians.
