The Value Evaluation of Multi-slice Spiral CT in the Main Pulmonary Artery Hemodynamics of the Different Stages of Patients with Pneumoconiosis

  • Objective: To investigate the value evaluation of Multi-slice spiral CT in the main pulmonary artery hemodynamics of the Different stages of patients with Pneumoconiosis. Methods: 100 cases of pneumoconiosis patients in our hospital were selected as the study group, and 30 cases of healthy people were selected as the control group. All patients were detected with X-ray chest films and Multi- spiral CT, Compared the main pulmonary artery diameter, mean velocity, peak flow in unit time, flow and other parameters of different stages of pneumoconiosis patients and healthy people. Results: The pulmonary artery mean velocity, peak flow and unit time flow of the healthy population was significantly higher than that of patients with pneumoconiosis,and pulmonary artery mean velocity, peak flow and unit time flow and pneumoconiosis stage was inversely proportional, with statistically significant difference (<i<P</i<<0.05). The aortic diameter of the healthy group was significantly lower than the pneumoconiosis patients and the arterial diameter of the patients with pneumoconiosis was proportional to Pneumoconiosis stage, with significant difference (<i<P</i<<0.05). The positive detection rate of Multi-slice was significantly higher than that of X-ray film, with significant difference (<i<P</i<<0.05). Conclusion: Multi-slice spiral CT scan can effectively detect the main pulmonary artery hemodynamics changes of the different stages of pneumoconiosis patients, can provide effective reference for pneumoconiosis stage.
