Meta Analysis on Graft Vessels Evaluation after Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting by Dual Source CT

  • Objective: To use the method of evidence-based medicine, Meta analysis of bridge stenosis value evaluation of dual source CT coronary artery bypass surgery. Methods: Retrieval of foreign language databases of CNKI, Wanfang, VIP database and the Cochrane Library, PubMed, Ovid, Embase etc, the search of dual source CT in the diagnosis of graft stenosis diagnostic test. Use Meta-disc 1.4 software to analyze and calculate the data, and calculate the sensitivity, specificity and diagnostic odds ratio. Results: 5 papers were selected, and their combined sensitivity, specificity and diagnostic odds ratio were 99%, 99% and 4 984, respectively. The area under the receiver operating characteristic curve was 99.84%. Conclusion: Dual source CT has clinical significance in diagnosis and high efficiency for the evaluation of bridge vessels after CABG.
