Abstract
Objective: To investigate the clinical value of gemstone spectral CT in the diagnosis of regional lymph node metastasis of early-stage cervical carcinoma. Methods: A total of 14 patients with early-stage cervical carcinoma were enrolled in this study. Both preoperative evaluation of gemstone spectral CT and clinical pathologic were performed in all the patients. The accurate rate of diagnostic by gemstone spectral CT was statistically analyzed. Results: The sensitivity of gemstone spectral CT in the diagnosis of lymph node metastasis of was 72.7%, the specificity was 94.1%, and the diagnostic accurate rate was 90.3%. Conclusion: The gemstone spectral CT had high diagnostic rate of lymph node metastasis in early-stage cervical carcinoma. It can help to completely understand the situation of early stage cervical cancer regional lymph node.
