Study of MRCP on Obstruction of Internal and External Bile Duct

Objective: To evaluate the diagnostic value of MR cholangio-pancreatography (MRCP) on the obstruction of internal and external bile duct.Method: Weight T<sub<2</sub<W I MRCP combining routine MRI of GE 1.5T MRI scanner was used in diagnosing 49 cases.Results: The accuracy rating of positioning and qualitation in diagnosing the obstruction of bile duct was 100% and 91.8% respectively.Conclusion: MRCP combining routine MRI can display the process of internal and external bile duct accurately.
