  • Object To investigate the image manifestation on the nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC) invaded the cavernous sinus. Methods: Adopt CT and MRI diagnosing the NPC invaded the cavernous sinus, NPC invaded the base of skull and continued to the cavernous sinus, all those 12 cases, all those patients scanning with CT and MR. Results: On the images, NPC invaded the cavernous sinus display one side of the cavernous sinus is widening than the normal, and the transform in the density and the signal. Conclusion: It is easy to give a diagnosis if connection with datum on clinic.
