CT Diagnosis and Clinical Significance of Rachis-Spine Injury

  • Purpose To study the value of CT diagnosis of spine injury and clinical significance. Materials and Methods 72 cases of spine injury were reviewed of which there were 65 males and 7 females. Results 86 section rachis fractures are diagnosed by CT, involved in the T11~L2 rachis is one by one in order to 8 section,30 section,36 section,12 section. Conclusion CT can be used to correctly evaluate the types of spine injury, the degrees of intra-spinal injury and the vertebrae stability. It is also a better method for guiding the clinical surgical treatment and evaluating the prognosis.
