An Analysis of Clinical and CT of Peripheral Lumbar Spinal Stenosis Compression Lumbar Intervertebral Vein

  • Objective To study CT features of peripheral lumbar spinal stenosis and the compression lumbar intervertebral vein. To department of orthopaedics provide the operation data for choice quomodo and disposal. Methods Fifty two cases of peripheral lumbar spinal stenosis and the compression lumbar intervertebral vein proved by operation pathology. All cases were examined with CT scanning, Part of patients was done by enhanced CT scanning. Diversified CT analysis and choice different operation quomodo and display of operation were analyzed. Results The bulk of patients CT features as to display in operation. The reason of stenosis of lateral recess and stenosis of intervertebral aperture and the compression lumbar intervertebral vein by CT diagnosis is: The prominent of pathologic intervertebral disc, The protrusion of intervertebral disc in lateral, The hyperplasia and hypertrophy of arthrosis proccess, The bone hyperplasia of centrum, Ligamentum flavum thickening and Lumbar slippage, et al.. Conclusion Choice reasonable CT scanning is to boost the coincidence rate of diagnoses and specificity. The accurate CT diagnosis redound to choice different operation quomodo and disposal in operation, less complications.
