    Abstract
  • The purpose of this paper is to outline the technology behind the today抯 LDAs(Linear Diode Arrays) and review the development possibilities for the future. The paper also specifies the most important performance characteristics of LDA抯. In the end there is a brief discussion on the various array designs. Nowadays, Detection Technology Inc. has applied its technological excellence to the needs of industrial and medical customers, like large container inspection system, L shape duel energy detectors, industrial CT and medical CT etc.
