  • Taken from 2 paraffin embedded tissues, pigmented nevi were cut into serial histologic sections. The expression of nevus cell and basement membrane were respectively applied by S-100 and IV collagen antibody with LAB-SA immunohistochemical technique. Information was inputted into computer after the processes of spelling and recognizing. By the technique of reconstruction, the 3D stereo pigmented nevus models were retrieved from 2Ddigital data. Maybe it will provide a new method and thought for teaching and therapy to pigmented nevus.
