Comparison of Four MR Scanning Sequence for Liver

Purpose: To study the best MR sequence for liver examination. Methods: Scanning 29 patient's liver with four sequence (SEMSH, Tse₁₁, Tse₂₃),measure and calculate Ihe SNR and CNRmeanwhile evaluate the images with vision. Results: The first-string film ratio of FLASH and Tse₂₃ aresuperior to that of SE and Tse₁₁ sequence; On T₁ weighted images, the SNR and CNR of FLASH is superiorto that of SE sequence,on T₂ weighted images, the SNR and CNR of Tse₂₃ is lower than Tse₁₁ saquence.Conclusion : The FLASH sequence is the first choice for liver MR examination and the Tse₂₃ sequence canassist it to get more information.
