    • Objective: To explore the correlation and value of accuracy about ultrasonography and mammography to only mammography in diagnosis of breast cancers.Methods: Both mammography and ultrasonography were performed in 62 cases with breast cancers by operation and pathology.Analysis and diagnosis of mammography imaging in unknown and known ultrasongraphy condition are compared to pathology,so obtaining the accuracy were compared.Results: There were 62 cases of breast cancers including invasive ductal carcinoma 58 cases, lobular carcinoma 2 cases and medullary carcinoma 2 cases,correct diagnosis by only mammography was 41 cases and by ultrasonography and mammography was 52 cases.Conclusion: The accuracy is higher comparing Ultrasonography and mammography to only mammography in diagnosis of breast cancers.
