Methods: A retrospective analysis of 25 cases of pathologically confirmed was done. The CT imaging features of PAP, including range, shape, boundary, and the changes before and after BAL, were observed. Results: The CT imaging features of PAP were diversified, which summarized as: map sign, gravel levy, pulmonary edema-like symptoms and pulmonary consolidation. 15 cases significantly improved after BAL. Conclusion: CT can visualize the imaging features of PAP and have a higher diagnostic value, that can evaluate the effect after BAL, The diagnosis depends on pathology confirmed.
