  • Objective:To evaluate the clinic Value of CT in diagnosis and classification of renal trauma Materials and methods:56 cases renal trauma are analyzed retrospectively.Results:Based on CT manifestation,the renal trauma can divided into 4 types :(1)rupture of kidney 26 cases,(2) subcapsular hematoma 19 cases,(3) broken kidney 13 cases,(4)single hematoma around the kidney 2 cases. Conclusion:Definite diagnosis and classification can be made by CT, and CT can provide the reliable of surgical treatment or not.
