  • Purpose To study the CT features of children's tuberculous meningitis. Methods The authors retrospectiely reviewed tile clinical manifestations and CT finding of 30 cases of children's tuberculous meningitis Results The main clinical signs were fever. headache. vomitting and seizure CT scans showed the types of lesion included exudation in basal cistern; tuberculoma and miliary nodules; hydrocephalus; infarction drain atrophy. Conclusion The authors concluded that CT features of children's tuberculous meningitis is helpful to diagnose this disease.
