  • Objective:To explore how to optimize and adjust the batch CT examination flow of "Resuming Work and Production" in the COVID-19. Methods:During the epidemic of COVID-19, in the face of the large number of people resuming work and production for physical check-up, screening the relative concentration of hospitals, the Imaging Department of our hospital combined with the prevention and control of hospital Infection, to review and summarize practical experience gained from optimizing CT examination process. Results:After optimizing the procedure, the average daily quantity of CT examination was 694 cases, the average examination time was reduced from 4 minutes to 2.5 minutes, and the efficiency was increased by 37.5%. The chest CT report time was reduced from 2 hours to 30 minutes, and the efficiency was improved by 75%. None of the 102 medical staff in our department had COVID-19 infection. Conclusion:Through the construction of Emergency Management System with division of labor and responsibility, the establishment of strict and efficient inspection process, the implementation of scientific hospital infection and prevention and control and Disinfection Management Plan, and the development of logistic support for staff and so on optimization measure, can effectively solve the current complex situation under a large number of CT physical examination, to help "Resuming Work and Production" to promote the steady progress.
