Comparative Study of 256-slice iCT Diagnosis and Pathologic with Multilocular Cystic Renal Cell Carcinoma

  • Objective: To discussion the features of multilocular cystic renal cell carcinoma (MCRCC) in 256-slice iCT enhancement scanning. Method: Analysis the symptom with 256-slice iCT enhancement scanning and pathology date in 6 cases of MCRCC, to find the features of MCRCC in the 256-slice iCT enhancement scanning. Result: All the tumor positioning in the renal parenchyma area, enhanced scan showed different degrees of cystic change, no obvious wall nodule, enveloped with clear boundary, the renal pelvis and calices without erosion, no renal vein tumor thrombosis, no distant metastasis signs. 3 cases with psilateral radical nephrectomy, 3 cases with renal tumor part resection. Conclusion: The 256-slice iCT enhanced scanning method can be used as the ideal means of preoperative diagnosis for Multilocular cystic renal cell carcinoma, and have positive significance for treatment plan optimization and improve the patients quality of life.
