Diagnostic Value of CT Spectrum Imaging on Micrometastases of Liver

  • Objective: The effect of CT spectroscopy in the diagnosis of liver micrometastases and the effect on the liver function of the patients. Methods: Methods 80 cases of hepatic micrometastases in our hospital from May 2015 to May-2017 were retrospective analyzed and divided into two groups according to different diagnostic methods. The control group was given conventional CT diagnosis, and the study group was diagnosed by CT energy spectrum imaging. Results: Comparison of diagnostic results, the number of lesions in study group diagnosed and the detection rate was significantly higher than the control group (<i<P</i<<0.05), at the same time, loss rate and error rate were lower than the control group (<i<P</i<<0.05); diagnosis method used in study group the sensitivity, specificity and positive predictive value were higher than the control group (<i<P</i<<0.05); contrast treatment, efficacy of study group was significantly better than the control group (<i<P</i<<0.05). Conclusion: The application of CT spectroscopy in the diagnosis of liver micrometastases is helpful for early detection and early treatment, and has higher diagnostic value. It is beneficial for patients to improve liver function, and is worthy of clinical application.
